Solid stay in central location
central location friendly staff varied breakfast
the location was great, close to many attractions and a tube station. staff were friendly and very helpful when i needed to extend my stay. i did appreciate the lovely breakfast with hot and varied options available.
the room was a bit too hot and it faced a wall, which wasnt very appealing.

the hotel features an excellent central location near oxford street and many theaters. covent garden and the british museum are easily accessible. holborn underground station is close, nice for easy city exploration.

the beautiful king room was a modern space and was very quiet. the bed was huge and very comfortable, ensuring restful sleep. the bathroom included a clean ensuite with a great shower over the bath.

the staff provided warm hospitality and assistance with practical details. breakfast service includes fresh options and friendly service. reception operates twenty-four hours a day and staff address questions and requests adequately.

Central Stay with Excellent Service
attentive staff fresh breakfast convenient restaurants secure twin room
The staff was excellent, their attentiveness. Breakfast had a great selection, and it was very fresh even nearing the end of service. The hotel is near many cafes and restaurants, so eating out was very easy. i secured a twin room, a relief.
I found the shower pressure to be a little weak. It took a while to get properly wet.

The breakfast included fresh fruit. Several coffee options were also available. The hotel's restaurant offers hamburgers and sandwiches. It also has excellent pizzas. I appreciated the variety available.

The reception is open 24 hours. They promptly addressed all my questions. Staff ensured the room was cleaned daily. They also provided fresh towels when requested. i saw that the bar staff were helpful and friendly.

The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. Public transportation is easily accessible. The hotel sits between two metro stations. It is also near several bus stops.

The room included a hairdryer and iron, these were very convenient. The bathroom was clean and comfortably sized. I found there were enough shelves for my toiletries. The wardrobe was also a right size.

adequate stay
nice bar convenient location inconvenient staircase out of order lift
the hotel is conveniently near the british museum. it's also just down the street from tottenham court road station. the bar in the lobby was nice and i enjoyed the atmosphere.
one lift was out of order . the other lift only allowed a maximum of two people with luggage. i used the staircase from the fourth floor multiple times, inconvenient.
